Fourth Village Providore
Fourth Village Providore is the backbone of the Merchants, Fourth Village will continure to offer the products, readymade meals, jams and preserves cooked on site and fresh produce gathered daily from Flemington that have made it a byword for excellence in Mosman since 2008. The family will be offering olive oil and olives from their farm in the Hunter Vallery, and their wine will be served in Mezzanino, the restaurant upstairs.

Come and meet our butcher Marcus Papadopoulo and his offsider, chef Mat Juhnke. Marcus comes to the Merchants from Victor Churchill in Woollahra, bringing a set of skills and creativity with his craft you won’t find easily elsewhere.
Like all our Merchants, he sources the best produce direct – Watervale branded beef which he dry ages, grass fed lamb from Cowra and heritage breed pork.
Matt applies his skills in creating new sausages every week.
In this, his first solo venture, Marcus wants to become ‘the kind of local butcher your grandparents had.

Founded by owner and roaster Gina Di Brita in a garage in Surry Hills in 2003, Numero Uno has grown considerably since then. However Gina, today working with her daughters and the rest of the Numero Uno team, is still committed to sourcing ethically and sustainably grown crops and will be offering everything from whole and ground beans and coffee from the espresso and alternative brew bar, plus a high end semi-professional espresso machine, barista accessories, and much more.
After ethically purchasing beans directly from producers, we carefully blend roast every bean that you will drink.

Will be making fresh pasta for you as you watch. Tell us what you want and we’ll do our best to make it. It can’t get better than simply the finest Australian durum flour (Bellata) and eggs. It’s what Italians call pasta fresca, and will include tortellini, spaghetti, fettuccine and lasagna.

At Artisan Cheese we are working with producers and suppliers to stock cheeses to suite your needs and occasions. We aim to provide good information to assist you. And what's great, you can purchase your items through the Fourth Village checkout for ease of shopping.

Sue Jenkins’ long established and justly celebrated kitchen and homewares shop has made the trip across the bridge from Mosman with Fourth Village Providore. As it does in Mosman, Accoutrement Waterloo will stock a wide range of Sydney’s finest culinary accessories. You’ll find Accoutrement Waterloo in a separate street frontage shop adjoining the Produce Merchants building. And you’ll be glad you did.
